Slot Glossary
36 terms covering Le Bunny's Easter cluster mechanics, Jackpot Eggs (Mini/Major/Mega/Max Win), Golden Squares, two bonus rounds, and the path to 20,000x.
Autoplay
Spin the reels automatically for a set number of rounds. Pick how many spins and optional stop conditions (stop on Rainbow detonation, stop on Jackpot Egg drop, stop on bonus trigger). Useful for grinding the 1-in-140 scatter trigger toward Spell of Luck or Swiping the Streets.
Base Game
Regular gameplay before bonus rounds activate. Le Bunny's base game runs as Cluster Pays on the 6x5 grid. High volatility produces ~41% hit frequency — nearly half your spins pay something. Jackpot Eggs can drop on any base spin, providing an instant-win lottery layer independent of the cluster mechanic.
Basket Collector
Le Bunny's third Golden Square outcome. When revealed by a Rainbow detonation, the Basket scoops all visible coin values on the grid and pays their sum. Combined with high-coin board states during Swiping the Streets sticky-square rounds, a single Basket reveal can produce screen-clearing single-spin payouts.
Bonus Buy (Feature Buy)
Skip the base game and jump straight into a bonus round. Le Bunny offers Spell of Luck Buy (80x bet, RTP 96.10%, avg return ~60x) and Swiping the Streets Buy (250x bet, RTP 96.18%, avg return ~150x). Swiping the Streets has the higher RTP variant. UK and Sweden block Bonus Buy by regulation.
Cascading Reels (Tumble)
Le Bunny's win-resolution mechanic. After a winning cluster resolves, ALL symbols of the winning type vanish from the grid (not just the cluster). New symbols cascade down. Each removed position becomes a Golden Square. Strategy: more removed symbols = more squares = bigger Rainbow detonation potential downstream.
Clover Multiplier
Le Bunny's Golden Square multiplier outcome. Clover values 2x-20x apply to TOTAL spin payout when revealed by a Rainbow detonation. Higher cap than sister Le Bandit (2x-10x). Multiple Clovers in the same detonation multiply together — three Clovers at 5x, 10x, 20x = 1,000x total multiplier. The Clover-heavy detonations produce 1,000x+ single-spin events.
Cluster Pays
Le Bunny's win mechanic. 5+ matching symbols touching horizontally or vertically anywhere on the 6x5 grid form a winning cluster. The 6×5 layout produces 30 cells. Differentiator vs other cluster slots — when a cluster wins, ALL symbols of that type vanish from the grid (not just the connected cluster). Creates more cascades than standard cluster removal.
Coin Reveal (Golden Square)
Le Bunny's most common Golden Square outcome. Values 1x to 500x stake (higher cap than sister Le Bandit's 1x-200x). Coins pay direct values when a Rainbow detonates. Strategy: high-coin board states signal proximity to Basket Collector triggering — that's where 1,000x+ base game wins come from.
Dead Spin
A spin that returns absolutely nothing. Le Bunny's high volatility produces dead spins around 59% of the time at base game (hit frequency ~41%). Higher hit frequency than typical high-vol cluster slots. Even dead spins can still produce Jackpot Egg drops — the egg lottery runs independently of cluster outcomes.
Easter Theme
Le Bunny's thematic identity. Hacksaw Gaming's Easter visuals — Golden Bunny (top tier), Carrot Basket, Easter Egg (Gold), Chocolate Egg, Spring Flower, colored eggs (Blue/Pink/Green) low-tier. The seasonal theme is one of the cons — feels out of place outside Easter season, but mechanically the slot plays year-round.
Feature Trigger Rate
How often bonus rounds activate. Le Bunny's scatter trigger sits at ~1 in 140 base spins. Distribution: 3 scatters → Spell of Luck (most common). 4 scatters → Swiping the Streets (less frequent). The two-mode structure differs from sister Le Bandit's three-mode split — Le Bunny keeps it simpler with two distinct bonus rounds.
Free Spins
Bonus rounds where you don't pay the stake. Le Bunny has two Hacksaw-designed Free Spins variants: Spell of Luck (3 scatters, 10 spins, Golden Squares persist until activated) and Swiping the Streets (4 scatters, 10 spins, Golden Squares STICK even after activation — compounding mechanic).
Golden Bunny Symbol
Le Bunny's top-tier premium symbol. Pays the highest cluster values (1x for 5-cluster scaling up to 20x for 12-cluster). The signature Easter character — visual identity anchor for the title. Cluster wins involving Golden Bunny produce the largest single-cluster payouts before factoring in Rainbow detonations.
Golden Squares
Le Bunny's headline mechanic. When symbols are removed from a cluster win, their positions become Golden Squares — dormant, waiting. Squares don't pay until a Rainbow lands. When Rainbow activates, ALL Golden Squares simultaneously reveal contents: Coins (1x-500x), Clover multipliers (2x-20x applied to total), or Basket collectors (scoop all revealed values). More squares = bigger payout.
Hit Frequency
How often Le Bunny lands any winning combination. The hit rate sits at ~41% — about 1 in 2.4 spins pays something. The highest hit frequency in the Le-series. Combined with Jackpot Eggs that can drop on any spin, base game is engaging rather than grinding.
Jackpot Eggs
Le Bunny's instant-prize lottery mechanic. Drops randomly with one of four prize tiers: Mini (10x), Major (100x), Mega (1,000x), or Max Win (20,000x — ends round immediately). Can appear during any spin, base game or bonus. Independent of cluster/Golden Square mechanics — separate lottery within the game.
Jackpot Egg Probability Distribution
Le Bunny's egg drop rates. Mini (~75% of egg drops). Major (~20%). Mega (~4.5%). Max Win (~0.5%, roughly 1 in 5,000,000 base spins to combined egg drop + Max Win tier). The Max Win egg is extremely rare — don't chase it. The Mega 1,000x is the realistic top-end outcome from natural egg drops.
Le-Series Branding
Hacksaw's "Le" themed catalog branding. Le Bunny (March 2025) sits alongside Le Bandit, Le Cowboy, Le Fisherman, Le King, Le Pharaoh, Le Santa. Common thread: French-styled "Le" prefix, character-driven theming. Le Bunny is the Easter entry. Lowest base RTP (96.14%) in the series, but highest cap (20,000x) thanks to Jackpot Eggs.
Max Win
The absolute maximum a slot can pay on a single round. Le Bunny caps at 20,000x. Two paths: (1) Max Win Jackpot Egg dropping during any spin (instant cap, ends round). (2) Cluster + Golden Square + Rainbow + Clover Multiplier compounding during Swiping the Streets sticky bonus. Path 1 is the "lucky lottery" route; path 2 is the "math chase" route.
Max Win Egg
Le Bunny's instant 20,000x outcome. The Max Win Jackpot Egg ends the round immediately upon drop. Probability: ~1 in 5,000,000 base spins. Effectively unreachable in normal sessions — represents the lottery layer of the slot rather than a chaseable outcome. Hacksaw Gaming's design choice to add lottery variance on top of cluster mechanics.
Megaways
A Big Time Gaming licensed mechanic with up to 117,649 ways to win. Le Bunny doesn't use Megaways — uses Cluster Pays on a 6x5 grid. Hacksaw has Megaways-licensed titles in their catalog but the Le-series stays with cluster-pays format that pairs cleanly with Golden Squares mechanics.
Multiplier
A value that multiplies your win. Le Bunny's Clover Multipliers (Golden Square outcomes) carry random 2x-20x values — higher than sister Le Bandit (2x-10x). Multiple Clovers in the same Rainbow detonation multiply together. Three Clovers at 5x, 10x, 20x = 1,000x total multiplier applied to spin payout.
Paylines
Predefined lines across the reels where matching symbols form a win. Le Bunny doesn't use paylines — uses Cluster Pays on the 6x5 grid. Cluster pays don't require specific positional alignment; matching symbols form wins by touching horizontally or vertically anywhere on the 30-cell grid.
Paytable
Le Bunny's reference chart. Premium symbols: Golden Bunny (top tier), Carrot Basket, Easter Egg (Gold). Mid-tier: Chocolate Egg, Spring Flower. Low-tier: Blue Egg, Pink Egg, Green Egg (color variations). Special symbols: Rainbow (detonates Golden Squares) and Scatter (triggers bonus). Access through the game's info menu.
Rainbow Symbol Detonator
Le Bunny's detonator. The Rainbow symbol doesn't form clusters — it activates ALL Golden Squares simultaneously when it lands. During Spell of Luck, squares disappear after activation. During Swiping the Streets, squares STICK even after activation — that compounding mechanic is where the monster wins hide.
RTP (Return to Player)
The theoretical percentage of wagered money a slot returns over millions of spins. Le Bunny runs at 96.14% (base) — lowest in the Le-series catalog. Bonus Buy variants: Spell of Luck Buy 96.10%, Swiping the Streets Buy 96.18% (higher RTP variant). Some operators may run lower variants (94.18% or 92.17%) — verify in the game info screen before spinning.
Scatter
A special symbol that triggers features regardless of position. Le Bunny's scatter activates Free Spins. 3 scatters → Spell of Luck. 4 scatters → Swiping the Streets. Scatters can land anywhere on the 6x5 grid. Different from Jackpot Eggs which are independent random drops.
Session Variance
The gap between actual results and theoretical RTP. Le Bunny has 96.14% RTP, but a 200-spin session can return 30% to 300% of your wager. High volatility means session swings depend heavily on Jackpot Egg lottery outcomes — even a single Mega 1,000x egg drop dramatically reshapes session totals.
Spell of Luck
Le Bunny's entry-tier Free Spins mode. 10 spins. Golden Squares persist on the grid until a Rainbow activates them, then disappear. Triggered by 3 scatters or 80x Bonus Buy. RTP 96.10% on the buy variant. Average return ~60x. The simpler bonus tier — equivalent to sister Le Bandit's Luck of the Bandit.
Sticky Wild
A Wild symbol that stays in place across multiple spins. Le Bunny doesn't use traditional Wilds; the closest equivalent is sticky Golden Squares during Swiping the Streets. Squares STICK even after Rainbow activation, persisting for the entire 10-spin Swiping the Streets duration. Compounding value as more squares accumulate across spins.
Swiping the Streets
Le Bunny's premium Free Spins mode. 10 spins. Golden Squares STICK even after Rainbow activation — they keep paying on subsequent Rainbow detonations across the round. Triggered by 4 scatters or 250x Bonus Buy. RTP 96.18% (higher than base). Average return ~150x. The path to 20,000x via cluster math runs primarily through this round.
Volatility (Variance)
How a slot's payouts are distributed. Le Bunny is rated High — Hacksaw rates it 3/5 internally but the Jackpot Eggs and sticky Golden Squares push it firmly into high-vol territory. Base game hits at 41% but session swings are pronounced because of the lottery layer and sticky compounding mechanics.
Ways to Win
An alternative to fixed paylines. Le Bunny doesn't use ways-to-win — uses Cluster Pays. Cluster mechanics differ from ways-to-win because they require physical adjacency rather than reel-position matching. The 30-cell grid with cluster pays produces different math distributions than 117,649-ways slots.
Hacksaw Easter Cluster Series
Hacksaw Gaming's seasonal cluster catalog where Le Bunny sits. Sister releases include Le Santa (Christmas), Le Easter Bunny precursor titles, and other holiday-themed cluster slots. Common thread: cluster pays + Golden Squares + Rainbow detonator architecture. Le Bunny (March 2025) added Jackpot Eggs as the differentiator from earlier Le-series cluster releases.
Two Bonus Round Choice
Le Bunny's structural bonus design. Two distinct bonus rounds (vs sister Le Bandit's three-mode structure). Spell of Luck offers persist-then-clear squares; Swiping the Streets offers sticky-after-activation. The two-mode structure simplifies decision-making — pick by scatter count (3 or 4) at trigger.
6×5 Grid with Cluster Pays
Le Bunny's grid format. 6 reels × 5 rows = 30 cells. Pays through Cluster Pays — 5+ matching symbols touching horizontally or vertically. The 6×5 layout matches sister Le Bandit's grid. Different from larger 7×7 King Carrot (49 cells) and smaller 5×5 cluster slots (25 cells). Pairs cleanly with Golden Squares accumulation mechanics.
